The former name was Shibuya Kuyakusho-dori. Name of origin is department store PARCO. Parco means a park in Italy, and Koen is park in Japanese.This street is one of the Shibuya culture’s symbol. Many brand’s shops are opened along this street.
Dogen-zaka slope / 道玄坂
Many bars and restaurants are here. Those prices are more expensive than Shibuya Center Gai. Dogen zaka’s illumination is changed to LED in Feb 2011.
